Makers and creators! Come and join us for our Christmas Market on December 7th at Saltburn Community Hall as part of the Ice Trail. Last year the hall was buzzing all day with live music throughout the day, pop up bar with mulled wine and beer. FREE craft activities for children and it’s right next to the start and end to the Ice Trail so foot fall was huge. Just a few spaces left. Head to our bio for a link to the application form. Plus FREE Christmas craft activities for children, mulled wine and beer, food stalls, performances from local singer songwriters and a special performance from our local heroes @saltburnsmugglers and of course the big community singalong with @verymisterkeith to get you in the mood for Christmas 🎄

Today we took the @saltburnsmugglers down to @redcarrnli to hand over the donations from the summer. We managed to raise £1500. Thank you to everyone who gave so generously at our Shanties on the Shore and 200 Celebration Event

Wow what a night! Our RNLI 200 Anniversary Celebra

Wow what a night! Our RNLI 200 Anniversary Celebration was amazing. The Marske Fisherman’s Choir were stunning. The Children’s Shanty Choir stole the show and @saltburnsmugglers were the best they’ve ever been. Saltburn Arts Theatre looked amazing with photography from @chriswhiles.photo and @mikesreenan plus @redcarrnli crew got the standing ovation they deserve.

We didn’t let the weather stop us from sharing some shanty fun with kids (and grown ups!) in Redcar over the weekend. Our team led workshops as part of @betweenthetidesfestival playing fun games and learning new shanties with plenty of actions and even some pirate treasure as rewards!

This weekend we will be at Between the Tides Festival running FREE shanty singing workshops for children. Join us in Redcar on Saturday at 12noon and Sunday at 3pm for a fun filled hour of games, songs and a short performance at the end.
